Following the shots being fired, the suspect fled the scene.
All too often someone gets behind the wheel of a car and loses control when they feel like they have been wronged. People do things that they would not normally do when they feel secure inside their own vehicles. There have been countless incidents where someone is either killed or seriously injured when a person is out of control and operating a motor vehicle. It is important to remain calm and do not allow your anger to overpower your better judgment.
