Waterloo Road Car Accident Kills Two, Injures Two

Late Friday night two vehicles collided near W. Waterloo Road and Ley Drive in Akron, Ohio, killing two individuals and injuring another two. The crash occurred when Ryan Swiger, 21, of Akron, heading north on Ley Drive, attempted to make a left turn onto Waterloo and Billie Andears, 38, of Barberton, went left of center and struck Swiger's car.

Swiger was partially ejected from his vehicle when it spun, flipped, and came to rest on its passenger. The unidentified passengers in Andears' car, 39-year-old Barberton woman and Canton man, were taken to area hospitals for treatment and admitted to intensive care units in serious condition.
